Thermistor is a general name for temperature sensitive
resistance. NTC is a thermistor whose resistance decreases
with increasing temperature. NTC is a ceramic semiconductor
sintered from metal oxide powder at high temperature, which
is widely used in temperature measurement, temperature
compensation, temperature conduction and surge current
suppression. The main parameters include zero power resistance and material constant B value. The zero power
resistance of NTC is generally defined at the standard condition of 25℃. Bvalues are usually calculated using resistance values at 25℃ and 85℃.
